The American Red Cross distributes fans to help local families stay cool
during the summer. Papa John's will be holding Fan Club again this
summer. On Wednesday, July 9 Papa John's will donate $1 from every pizza
sold that day to the American Red Cross to purchase fans for those in need.





On February 11, 2008 the American Red Cross Coles and Clark County, Illinois Branch Office responded to an apartment fire at 1817 S. 9th, Mattoon. The fire affected 36 units. The American Red Cross opened a shelter at the First Presbyterian Church for those who were displaced.
